Wracktail is an optional boss in Super Paper Mario. He is identical to another boss, Fracktail (except for the fact that Wracktail is white), and they both require the same strategy to defeat. He is found at the bottom of the Pit of 100 Trials and once defeated gives you the Pixl, Dashell, who allows Mario and the gang to run faster. Probably the fastest way to beat Wracktail is using an attack booster item and using Luigi's super jump technique on his antenna.
