Scenario difficulty is the difficulty setting for some scenarios. Prior to Patch 5.3 this setting there was only one type of scenario difficulty. In Patch 5.3, the Heroic scenario difficulty was added with tougher challenges, better loot, and a higher minimum average item level requirement.
