General Kesselring is the commander of the Heeresgruppe Opfer für den Endsieg. He is an old man who has had his life prolongued propably by the use of MaGenetic Technology, allowing him to be leader of the organization since World War III. He was later revised (Revision unknown) to being one of a large group of artificially-preserved commanders, and the only one who is able to walk and speak on his own, while the others exist only in wheelchairs with in-built life support.
