Charge Level (CL) is the level of a ring. The lowest CL a ring can have is 1.0. When you place 1 charge orb into a CL 1.0 ring it becomes CL 1.1, and cost up to 10 orbs in total to upgrade the 10 charges in the ring to reach CL 2.0. Ring CL indicates effectiveness and attributes of one ring. As a ring is upgraded with Charge Orbs, its CL will increase.
