Hailey is a character from The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. One of the younger members of the Wind Tribe, she is first encountered with her sister, Gale, at the Picori Festival, which they came to see. Later in the game Link meets her again in the Cloud Tops, where she and her sister cannot get home due to the fact that the whirlwind they use to get to the Tower is not there. Link may also fuse Kinstones with her.
