The angels were made in this order - Michael, Lucifer, Raphael and Gabriel, and then the other regular angels - Seraphim next, then Cherubim, then normal Elohim angels. The angels were stationed as God's messengers, and no angel, with the exception of Michael, Lucifer, Gabriel, Raphael, Metatron and Gadreel, ever saw God, as only six angels in the entire Host had seen God, many angels doubted His existence, to the point where He became a myth.
