The Hungry HP-sucker is one of Jeff's gadgets, which sucks a large quantity of HP from all enemies during battle. The broken tube, which is found in the monkey caves, can be repaired into the Hungry HP-sucker and takes at 36 IQ to fix. Some enemies, such as Fobbys, can use the Hungry HP-Sucker.
