GATETOWN - Officers of the Imperial Watch from FORT KAHAR inside the Shadow District have reportedly come under attack by various groups - believed to be mostly peasants - twice during the last week, it is rumored. Though both groups of aggressors were quickly dispatched, such hostility is relatively unheard of in a District known more for fragile gang alliances and broken dreams than organized marauding. The cry of "You have nothing to lose but your chains!" was reportedly documented during both assaults upon the Imperial Fort.
