Bandy Andy is a green Bandit who appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He is one of your roommates during third chapter in Glitzville. He is always getting into trouble, and knows many secrets about the Glitz Pit, including the "Man Eating Toilet". He is a fighter, and the leader of the Hand-it-Overs, which all consist of Bandits. As already said, he knows many of the different, and oftentimes strange secrets that surround the arena, which will later on in the game get him into trouble.
