Patrice Madigan is one of the murder victims in The Thin Red Line. When she was 16, her mother was dying and she finally got in touch with Dale. Four years later, she and her boyfriend, Joseph Purcell, the state witness against the Rick Carass trial, were murdered by Sam Blakely. She also has a daughter, Kaylee, who she left in her car before being murdered and was later adopted by her father, Dale, and his wife, Katherine.
