Tobin Film Studio, is a youtube channel making short films, and has been doing so since 2007. They make the films, with absolutely no budget, and whilst the studio is currently very small, the 'Executives' Max Tobin, Matt Jones, Rachael Brown and Charlie Bruce say they are determined to eventually make it one of the worlds major film studios.
