This is the first consumer build and official RTM of Windows 10.0 "Threshold". It is the first build to become available for consumers to install, and is currently rolling out across the planet to computers running Windows 7 and 8.1 (as of 16-08-2015). This build was released on 2015-07-15 to Windows Insiders, and became the final build of the TH1 cycle on 07-29-2015. Microsoft (as of 16-08-2015) is still developing revisions of the base 10240.16384 build to incorporate bug-fixes, despite having recently begun development of Threshold Wave 2, the next stage in Windows 10's continual evolution.
