Berger has written many children's books, including Martha Doesn't Say No and Martha Doesn't Share (featuring the otter Martha, and source of her Muppet pen name). She wrote Crankenstein and A Crankenstein Valentine and has narrated children's audiobooks (by herself and other authors). She also wrote an episode of the Nickelodeon series TUFF Puppy.
