Troy is an agent in the Department of Mary Sues, recruited around 2000 from the Metal Slug continuum. Formerly a grunt in the Regular Army, he was recruited while participating in an assault on Morden's Rebellion Army, falling through a plothole while taking cover from an artillery barrage. He took to life in the PPC quickly, though, and has gotten along just fine so far, especially with his combination of a friendly personality, cutting sarcasm, and sheer combat skill.
