The grenade launcher fires grenade rounds ahead in an arc. Unlike hand grenades, grenade rounds detonate immediately on contact with the ground, however they can be bounced off walls without causing them to detonate. Skillful players take advantage of the grenade's ability to bounce, launching them around corners, through windows, and other situations to hit targets in other rooms. This weapon can be found in the first Surface level inside the hut with the Russian Commandant; it is also found in the Streets level after being dropped by a Russian Soldier, and in the small indoor area past Zukovsky, next to some body armor near the start of the level. Xenia is known to have this weapon paired with an RC-P90 in the Jungle level and can be obtained after defeating her.
