The Oshii Ninja Clan was an organization of ninjas that operated out of Japan. A month prior to the events of No One Lives Forever 2: A Spy in H.A.R.M.'s Way the Katakuri Ninja Clan had performed a raid on the Oshii Ninja Clan headquarters. This attack had used up all of the food budget from the Katakuri clan.
