This shield is obtainable through the Construction skill. Players require at least 35 Construction to build a fencing ring, and subsequently need to be able to construct a Level 2 Weapons rack in order to obtain this shield from their own house. It may also be retrieved from another player's weapons rack. Upon leaving the house, it is destroyed.
