Mik'think'thanatch was the only surviving member of the now dead Blazing Gullet Tribe. A ronin named Junkei trained the tribe to raid humans for food and weapons but left when the Nezumi became interested in his past. Scorpion magistrates wiped out the tribe shortly before the Scorpion Coup. Mik'think'thanatch inscribed these events onto a gnawed tree limb which was floating in Aka Mizu-umi.
