The ability can be used to create blizzards. The snowfall will begin immediately when the ability is used, and will be light at first but will quickly intensify. Angela will be able to stop the snow whenever she wants. Normally, the blizzard will fall from the sky as would occur naturally, but a blizzard can also be created indoors.
