Kurt Fallon was a Havenite citizen and an enlisted soldier of the State Security Ground Forces. Holding the rank of Sergeant in the StateSec detachment at the Havenite embassy on Earth. He was killed by Victor Cachat during the "rescue" operation of Helen Zilwicki. (HHA3.3: FtH)
