Awors were large grey animals that were used by the Travelling Jindas. During the Jindas' early days with the Rock Wizard, the animals were used to till the soil, helping the Jindas farm the area. Following the Jindas' exile, the awors were still used, but only to carry the Jindas' materials. The large beasts carried the Jindas' entertainment equipment and helped them set up their entertainment shows.
