Tartek the Enraged can safely be considered one of the most powerful abominations the Scourge has ever created. He was assembled by Amnennar the Coldbringer in Razorfen Downs. Once created, he slew many quilboars, though in the end he was destroyed. Unable to return him to full strength, Ammennar used his remains to create a lesser version named Glutton. Tartek is mentioned in the Compendium of Fallen Heroes found in Acherus, and is apparently considered a hero by the Scourge.
