Dumplings made from grated raw and/or mashed potatoes or dried bread mixed with milk and egg yolks, cooked like pasta and mostly served as a side dish, instead of potatoes. Also called as Kloße in Bavaria. Dumpling made from flour and water and sometimes with added egg.
