Clandes was a settlement on Ord Cestus. It was an industrial city, beneath which there was a communications landline junction. It was also surrounded by mines. It was located 300 kilometers south of ChikatLik and 75 kilometers southeast of the Dashta Mountains. It was built over an old X'Ting hive. Technically, it was not a city, but a 1000-square-kilometer complex of Clandes Industrial that stretched twenty-four levels underground. It accounted for sixty percent of Cestus' economy, including production of the Jedi Killer droids.
