Magmar can only be found on Mount Ember in Pokemon Leaf Green. Go to Mount Ember on Island One past Kindle Road and search on the grassy areas. Magmar is EXTREMELY rare so be ready to explore for at least 30 minutes. Remember, it is on the grass, not inside the volcano.
