Potion № 86 was a potion, made with syrup of hellebore and powdered moonstone, which was highly poisonous. Professor Horace Slughorn owned a one-hundred and fifty litre bottle of this brew as of September 1996. The bottle was cracked and dusty, and there was a yellowing label with a long Latin inscription on it.
