After attempting to study the seal for many years Makaze finally found it's true power. It allowed him to utilize a powerful amount of clockwork and time-space techniques. Upon activating the true power of the seal Makaze gains angelic wings made of clockwork as well as a marking of a gear on each of his palms. His left eye gains and etherial gear around it and his right eye glows and emits a blue light. He also gains a halo of clockwork.
