Highway 14 was a highway located in the north of the San Fernando Valley. It branched off from Interstate 5. The Gaines compound was located three miles north of the split between Interstate 5 and Highway 14, and about a mile from the Highway itself. Kevin Carroll led Jack Bauer to the compound via Highway 14, turning off for Placerita Canyon Road.
