Starzor is one of the Geometon Generals and is physically identical to Super Zeozord 5 and is seemingly the highest military leader and overall the strongest warrior among them. While normal sized it can fight and overpower the Hyper Rangers, even with their arsenal. Its Giant Form is more powerful than the Hyper Megazord.
