The Invasion of Naboo in 2,280 BBY was the first act of retaliation by the Volta in the Volta Wars. After being attacked by the Galactic Republic on their home planet and their embassy blown up, High General Prigdon sent forces to Naboo, since General Roger Auga, one of the perpetrators, had been stationed on that planet. Due to the low number of Republic forces on the planet, the Volta were able to take over the planet quickly and easily.
