Luis Sera is a major character in Resident Evil: Undead. He was a former researcher within the Los Illuminados working for Osmund Saddler through fear and was forced to help him perfect the Plaga and create the Verdugo, Armadura and Garrador. His weapon of choice is the 9mm version of the Mauser C96.
