Fuga 'Torvan was a Sangheili warrior who held the rank of Ultra in the Fallen separatist movement following the end of the Human-Covenant War and the formation of the Interspecies Union. He led an aerial assault team during the heavy fighting against the Sangheili government on Sanghelios and was placed under the command of the mercenary known as Ro'nin at the behest of his local commander, Cosu 'Zandan.
