RyouWin is an often criticized Brazilian Mugen creator notable for being one of the first creators to convert a Marvel vs. Capcom 2 character, before any of the platforms MVC2 was released on were even emulated. This especially showed with early versions of his Cable, Jill and Hayato, which had low quality sprite and sound rips taken from TV turner card and video capture software.
