The Constitution of the Republic of Sovereign States, also known as the Constitution of the Republic and to its members as simply The Constitution, is the supreme law of the Republic of Sovereign States. It is the foundational and governing set of rules, policies, and duties, of the Republic of Sovereign States and its federal government. It also stipulates the rights and privileges of members of the RSS through the inclusion of the Rights of Sentience.
