The staff itself is rarely used, as elemental staves have better bonuses and can give an unlimited supply of runes corresponding to the staff name. It is sometimes used by people with a quest point cape, cape of legends, or music cape, in conjunction with full white armour, to make the person look fully white, naturally for fashion purposes.
