Rotherham is a member of the Black Knights. He joins Vaisey, Sheriff of Nottingham at Nottingham Castle for a Black Knights meeting. However, Robin Hood disrupts this meeting and throws a knife at Rotherham. Unfortunately, Harold of Winchester betrayed Robin and informed the Black Knights that Robin was going to disrupt the meeting and tells the group to wear a piece of wood on their chests for protection. Because of this, Rotherham lives. The group tie Robin up and leave, but Robin escapes. It isn't known what happened to Rotherham after that.
