The Auto Destruct is a self-destruct sequence that is both a special move and a deadly cybernetic weapon that was introduced in Mortal Kombat 3. This was a feature given to Cyrax when he was automated by the Lin Kuei. A panel on his forearm allowed him to execute the command and, after a few seconds, he would explode. However, Cyrax was able to re-assemble himself afterwards. He would eventually perfect this ability, and use it to teleport himself during battle, exploding and quickly re-assembling behind his opponent.
