Katy Timber is a young 12 year old girl, with an interest in other countries. She is fluent in French, Japanese, Korean, and of course, English. She has a great interest in France and South Korea mainly, due to (In her opinion) the beauty of the languages, and how pretty the places are. This aside, a bad thing is she has a terrible fashion sense, mixing the zaniest things together to get something extremely out of the box.
