Mad nymphs are a non-aggressive Island nymph monsters located inside of the third section of Radiver's Dungeon. They are nymphs who got lost and became mad when they couldn't find their way out of the caves, though not as crazy as their insane counterparts. They could be talked to, but they will say random nonsense. Like the rest of the monsters in Radiver's Dungeon, they are immune to poison.
