Richard Strong (1 May 1833-30 January 1915) was a miller, justice of the peace and Liberal Party politician. Vice Chairman London County Council 1899 – 1900. JP for Surrey and governor of Dulwich College. 1885-6 MP for Camberwell North. Member of the Metropolitan Asylums Board.
