'Shine (Bobby Earl Fields) (short for "moonshine") is a mutant Devisor and possibly an Avatar. He has the ability to create devises that ferment and age alcohol in a tiny fraction of the usually needed time. The alcoholic beverages resulting are as good or better than top line spirits made by conventional means. It is unknown if he can create any other devises or if he can also create gadgets.
