Humal elFizda (a.k.a. "Fizzy") was a female Payav who served as the Mestiko customs liaison on board Indalo Station, responsible for controlling the flow of imports to the planet. Circa 2272, it was discovered that she had become corrupted and was willing to accept bribes to allow contraband, including Klingon weaponry, into Mestiko.
