Bolodenka Cezarovych Chernov is a Ukrainian soldier, whom is wanted for terrorism. He is the leader of the Chernov's Separatist Army, and nuclear specialist. He is known for his Zero Shift ability, and his ability to absorb and weaponise Radiation.
