Pitt has been charged with DUI (driving under the influence) in Los Angeles on January 12, 2012, and before this, was once arrested in Alaska for the failure of following the speed limit. After refusing to take an alcohol test, Pitt was arrested by the authorities, and was later released after being bailed out by his wife.
