Ruark Boldstream was the Skipper of Otters at Redwall Abbey during the rule of Abbess Marjoram. He helped Marjoram and Granvy Shtuckle organize a Bard of Redwall contest at the Abbey. Ruark carried a javelin and helped in the battle against the Ravagers.
