The Council of the Alliance was a group of superhuman people who lead the Alliance. The first Alliance council was started in the ninth generation, and consisted of Alexis Lopez, Cosmos, Daniel Markson, Jake Hews, Jay Clark, Kenji Yamamoto, and Nathaniel Arkada. They commanded the Alliance for over thirty years. Their purpose was to be a board of executives who would decide on the actions taken by the Alliance. They were elected to their position on November 2nd, 2024, with the exception of Lopez, who was elected on June 5th, 2028, being the winner of an election which would add a female perspective to the male-dominated Council.
