Thorium Wars is a downloadable shooter game by Big John Games. It is set in an apocalyptic world, in the middle of a war between man and machine. The machines, called Thorons, rapidly built more of themselves and mined thorium for energy, hence the title Thorium Wars. They spread over planet Earth, quickly dominating most of the planet. Eventually, the humans made a comeback against them in an attempt to end the chaos once and for all. There are 14 missions in the game, all set over various locations in the world such as the Amazon river, Munich, and in the sky.
