Lucy D. Pyro (ルーシーD.パイロ, Rushi D. Pairo) is an amazing inventor which is on the same level as Dr. Vegapunk, as well as an amazing singer, she is believed to be a pirate. However, it has not been revealed yet. She is famous for many reasons. Originally she was believed to be a leader of a crime organization. She eventually began to get too cocky, and attacked a marine base, and lost. Her fellow members were killed. She swore to get back at the navy ever since. Some of her most famous crimes were uses of her "Pyro Tank", which has enough power to burn entire towns down.
