Anti-Cosmo is an Anti-Fairy. Like all Anti-Faries, he has the opposite personality as Cosmo. Since Cosmo has idiotic behavior, Anti-Cosmo is intelligiant. He has a cultered british accent. He is the leader of the Anti-Fairy Council. His body is blue like all Anti-Fairies and he wears a coat, has fangs, and bat wings. Like Cosmo, he has green eyes. He is also married to Anti-Wanda, who has the opposite personality of Wanda.
