In "Exposé", Nikki asked Arzt if he knew enough about trajectories to figure out where Paulo's luggage might have landed. Arzt drew her a map which led her and Paulo to the Pearl exterior, where they found the drug smugglers' plane and Pearl hatch. The luggage was later discovered to have fallen in the same pool with a waterfall as the Halliburton case.
